Haag shared select items highlighting his personal style. Some of these included scallops and tuna tar tar. The scallops and lamb were my personal favorites.
The scallops were marinaded over night and cooked to perfection. Served on a shisho leaf with rice, the scallops melted in my mouth as the miso sauce danced on my tongue. I MUST have these again soon!
Pittas, hummus and olives
The Black bean with salsa avocado, was very good. it was Light with a slight kick.
Cucumber and watermelon with feta. The watermelon taste explodes in your mouth with the first bite and was delightful.
Robin Richter, one of the event guests and a regular patron of Dean and Deluca in Georgetown, said that the scallops were her favorite and that she enjoyed the pâté and cheese selections.
Omg at the Moroccan spiced lamb!!! With a sprig of cilantro, this was amazing. My absolute second favorite next to the scallops.
Juicy poke tuna tar tar was as delightful to look at as it was to eat. Over all the neighbors enjoyed the event and many said they are delighted to know of the new menu.
Ideal PR would definitely recommend the catering menu for you next special event. Be sure to check them out on M Street in Georgetown (Washington, DC)
