Actress Angell Conwell, adorned in a gorgeous "Single" dress, styled by Josh of Eunice Style arrived at the Boulevard 3 for a Pre-VMA party that should have been about the nominees and birthday boy (Jason "Poo Bear") but all eyes were on Angell who looked absolutely heavenly.
